PC shock
I’ve used a mac as my main computer for 2 years. For work I’m back in Microsoft land so I’m going to have to become more fully bi-cultural. I’m not just using the stuff but writing up documentation on it, so that’s an added challenge. Things haven’t changed much and I feel pretty familiar with the stuff - I have continued as tech-support for my family so I haven’t been totally out of the loop - but I’ve gotten used to the productivity boost brought on by the ease, stability, and lack of virus/spyware threats on osx, not to mention its many lovely applications (what will I do without omni outliner and quicksilver?). It will take me a while to get adjusted to a multi-computer life (I just carried my 12″ g4 to/from school and used only one computer) and the mac/pc divide. I’ll post tips if something works out well.
