End of the Semester

Now that my classes are over and that conference paper has been submitted I can get on with the rest of the things I want to do during “break”

• thesis - first draft due in one week
• get a hair cut
• book my trip to Brisbane
• book my trip to Pennsylvania
• read up for the summer class that starts in one week
• maybe try karate lessons

OK, so that doesn’t sound like a break, but it is all stuff I’ve been wanting to do, unlike grading papers.

Also, it hasn’t sunk in yet that I won’t be back in the fall. Graduation is always a bit ambiguous.
